These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the INUABIZZ website and services. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

INUABIZZ provides structured international business facilitation services, including but not limited to:

  • Factory Access coordination
  • Supplier Verification services
  • Global Coordination support
  • Market Expansion advisory
  • Business networking and sourcing facilitation

We act as a coordination and facilitation entity. We do not manufacture products, directly operate factories, or act as a licensed financial institution.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age;
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
  • Any information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Scope of Engagement

Our role includes structured coordination, verification facilitation, advisory support, and international business alignment. Final commercial agreements between clients and third-party suppliers remain the responsibility of the respective contracting parties.

INUABIZZ does not guarantee:

  • Specific profit outcomes
  • Supplier performance beyond verified information
  • Market demand or resale success

Clients are responsible for conducting independent commercial assessments before final transactions.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for services shall be communicated and agreed upon prior to engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Fees are payable as specified in service agreements;
  • Payments made for professional services are non-refundable once service execution has commenced;
  • Any third-party costs (travel, logistics, compliance, supplier fees) are separate from INUABIZZ service fees.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Third-Party Relationships

INUABIZZ may introduce clients to verified international agents, manufacturers, logistics providers, or other partners. However:

  • We are not a party to contracts entered into between clients and third parties;
  • We are not liable for breaches, delays, or disputes arising from third-party agreements;
  • All final supplier contracts remain the responsibility of the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, design, logos, and materials, is the intellectual property of INUABIZZ unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Any proprietary or confidential information shared during consultations shall be treated with reasonable confidentiality. Likewise, clients agree not to disclose proprietary methods, processes, or internal frameworks provided by INUABIZZ.

This obligation survives termination of engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • INUABIZZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;
  • We shall not be liable for losses arising from supplier disputes, shipment delays, regulatory changes, or force majeure events;
  • Our total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions
  • Regulatory changes
  • Natural disasters
  • Political instability
  • Transportation disruptions

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services where:

  • False information is provided;
  • Payments are not made as agreed;
  • Services are misused;
  • Applicable laws are violated.

Termination does not relieve the client of outstanding financial obligations.

12. Privacy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Notice, which outlines how personal data is collected and processed.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Amendments

INUABIZZ reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
